Upload a CSV to add multiple investors to a deal at once. Existing partners are matched by name — no duplicates created.
Fill in the template and save as CSV.
• For nested entities (pass-throughs), specify the Parent Entity Name.
• Funding Date and Investment Type are optional (defaults to acquisition date and 'cash').
